Just finished Issue 1 of Recovery.Its weird.
This is the first comic I've ever completed.
It's MASSIVE. 28 pages. Which doesn't sound like a lot compared to the 70-page Scoots book. But keep in mind Scoots had 1 drawing per page, ergo 70 drawing.
This book has over 100.
Ironically, this is also by far the shortest issue in the now 10-part series.

Replace video type with...
"film" for DeviantART Film
"vimeo" for Vimeo videos
"youtube" for YouTube videos
Also, replace ID of the video with the video ID. For example, on a YouTube video, the ID would be the alphanumeric part at the end of the link.
Example:
<da:embed profile="youtube" id="vE8ktfRZ0FE"/> will become...
As a final note, if the video is set for no sharing, the video will not work.

Regarding Group Security and "Hackers"Hello Everypony,
This post is largely directed towards anyone who moderates or runs a MLP-related group on DeviantArt, but the information contained can be relevant to everyone.
Over the past few hours, there's been a note circulating around to various MLP groups, claiming that there is a small group of "hackers" (which is not the correct word) attacking MLP groups, taking them over, and vandalizing them. To counter this, the note is suggesting that groups should block all join requests, disable auto-accept, and then forward the note to every other group you know of.
Really, that's horrible advice, don't do that.
It is true that during the past few days, a couple of pony groups have been attacked by malicious users. However, there is no elaborate hack or security flaw that's allowing this to happen. Instead, the groups that were attacked simply had an incorrectly configured, yet easily fixable, setting in their group's permissions which allowed such attacks.

Fabric depot fraudto all the plush makers out there -
a few of us have experienced fraud in the past few months, all from a travel agency/hotels/ etc. all my cards, even new ones issued to the same account, have been compromised. the only websites i use my cards regularly are fabric websites. after speaking with some other pony plush makers, who also have had travel agency fraud, we've connected it to fabricdepot.com. it makes sense because they take your credit card number directly instead of going through paypal, so someone is likely getting into their server and just taking the numbers.
i've already called them and hopefully they'll get it sorted out so we can continue using them - between losing them and fabric.com we're really running out of minky websites here! please spread the word (and/or share your story if you've experienced fraud too) so other people can avoid this hassle.
